Our commitment to adding to our agile knowledge and practices ensures that our solutions are creative and “best fit for each agency.” Lean Agility’s unique approach to Program Increment (PI) Planning solved the issue of having multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) conflicting in their planning activities, and also reduced planning time while uncovering more dependencies up front on the story and task level.
