Lean Agility has been helping commercial and government clients become more effective and efficient in their organizational and development practices since 2008. We create strategies and implement tactical approaches that fit each organization, and take an evolutionary approach that takes the unique factors of each organization into account. This approach proactively manages risk and provides continuous feedback loops so adjustments can be made on the fly.
Lean Agility is listed in the Federal Government’s System for Award Management System (SAMs) and is a named partner/subcontractor on multiple Federal Contracts.

Our consultants are chosen for their unique mix of capabilities, with some having extensive experience and others who bring a new perspective to our agile engagements. All of our consultants have multiple agile certifications and practical application experience. We create solutions that keep in the spirit of agile and associated frameworks, and disdain from one-size-fits-all engagements.
